Refund policy

Refunds & Returns 

At Ration Ready, we want you happy, but we also have to keep things safe and sensible.


Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Inspect your order on arrival.
  • If anything is damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours at customerservice@rationready.co.nz
  • Keep the packaging, snap a photo, and we’ll sort it — replacement, refund, or store credit.

Change of Mind

  • Due to food safety, we cannot accept returns just because you had a change of mind.
  • Products already enjoyed? Yep, they’re officially yours — and we hope they were delicious!

Consumer Guarantees Act

You’re protected by the CGA. If something is faulty or not as described, we’ll make it right.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • It may take up to 10 business days to show in your account.

Exchanges

  • Faulty or damaged goods are usually replaced with the same item.
  • If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or alternative.
