Shipping & Delivery
We want your order to reach you safely and promptly. Here’s how it works:
NZ Shipping
- We ship nationwide.
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days, rural areas may take longer.
Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
- You’ll get a dispatch email with tracking info.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for all standard NZ orders $150 and over.
- Shipping charges for standard NZ orders under $150 are $7 urban and $10 rural.
- Occasionally, we might add extra perks or surprise promo, because who doesn’t love a bonus?
Delivery Issues
- Check your order on arrival.
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items? Email us within 48 hours at customerservice@rationready.co.nz and visit our Refunds and Returns policy for next steps.
- Keep packaging & photos - helps our courier sort things quickly.
Missed Deliveries / Wrong Addresses
- Double-check your address! Incorrect info may delay your order.
- Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship within NZ only.
- We require a postal street address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- We do not offer click and collect.
